Job Description

Drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities within the financial services sector. Research target clients to fuel pipeline growth and prospect conversion. Lead the sales cycle, converting potential clients into lasting partnerships. Engage regularly with prospects, enhancing brand image, nurturing relationships, and discovering new avenues for collaboration. Collaborate with regional teams to create compelling proposals that meet client objectives. Manage sales data, tracking conversion rates, targets, pipeline progress, KPIs, and emerging trends. Advance sector-specific strategies and assist clients in navigating business challenges and opportunities. Build a robust internal network and demonstrate proficiency in data and pipeline management.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience in the financial services sector, specifically within London and the broader UK market. 2. In-depth technical understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory frameworks and operational needs. 3. Familiarity with the professional services sector is essential. 4. Proven ability to effectively manage and grow both new and existing client relationships, ensuring profitability. 5. Verifiable history of successfully identifying, developing, securing, and integrating new clients. 6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 7. Experience collaborating with senior management and contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
