Job Description
As a Director of Advisory Services, you will: Provide consulting services while leading, mentoring, and developing staff to achieve their professional goals. Offer leadership by steering engagement results and effectively managing client relationships. Supervise the development of client deliverables and innovative solutions. Proactively manage risks and issues, overseeing project logistics and economics. Support the identification and development of new business opportunities to expand our services. Create significant value by cultivating and maintaining meaningful client relationships. Direct and oversee comprehensive data analyses and compelling presentations. Ensure high-quality standards are met on all project deliverables. Actively participate in identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues. Pinpoint opportunities for add-on sales to enhance client solutions.
Qualifications
1. Must have 7+ years of relevant experience. 2. Hold a Bachelor's degree (Required). 3. Effectively coordinate and deliver impactful verbal and written presentations. 4. Possess the ability to oversee and assure the quality of analytics while mentoring others. 5. Skillfully relate to both clients and team members, fostering strong working relationships. 6. Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate work groups. 7. Exhibit a depth of knowledge in a specific area of expertise, serving as a Subject Matter Expert. 8. Have experience in Health Systems Finance and Operations. 9. Demonstrate expertise in Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics. 10. Possess qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills. 11. Showcase experience in leading cross-functional teams. 12. Hold a Master’s Degree; RN or other professional license; PMP/Lean Certification.
