Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and enhance brand recognition. This role involves managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Google 360. As our internal expert for paid media, you will provide valuable performance insights and identify opportunities for innovation. You will also play a key role in our website strategy, managing updates and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing automation through HubSpot, developing email nurture campaigns, and implementing lead scoring programs. As the main contact for our offshore website support team, you'll ensure timely and accurate execution. Collaboration with the broader marketing team is essential for executing successful demand generation campaigns. You will also develop a monthly content plan, translate business goals into content themes, ensure brand alignment, conduct keyword research, and optimize content for SEO. Building and managing email campaigns, as well as identifying opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness, are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

1. Proven digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media and campaign optimization. 2. Hands-on experience running campaigns on LinkedIn and Google 360. 3. Experience using HubSpot (or similar) for workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing. 4. Experience supporting website updates and optimization. 5. Solid understanding of SEO, including keyword research and content optimization. 6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams. 7. Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
