Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive B2B demand generation through content syndication and third-party media programs. In this role, you will: - Establish third-party media and content syndication as a reliable growth engine, exceeding annual targets across priority regions. - Design and scale ABM-focused syndication programs to increase qualified pipeline from strategic accounts and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates. - Build and execute a channel roadmap that optimizes quarterly investment and improves pipeline efficiency. - Improve lead quality by continuously optimizing partner mix, targeting, filters, and content alignment. - Lead agency relationships and media buys, ensuring flawless execution and measurable return on spend. - Ensure accurate and timely lead delivery, aligned with SLAs and data quality standards. - Develop a high-performing ecosystem of third-party vendors, regularly evaluating and scaling partnerships. - Codify and share global best practices for media and syndication to enable faster and more consistent campaign launches.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience managing content syndication and third-party media programs. 2. Proven experience with lead orchestration platforms like Integrate or Demandbase. 3. Demonstrated ability to design and optimize ABM-focused programs. 4. Strong analytical skills with a track record of using lead-to-opportunity data to inform channel recommendations and investment plans. 5. Experience building and managing vendor and agency relationships. 6. Hands-on collaboration with Web, Marketing Operations, and Analytics teams to implement tagging and tracking frameworks. 7. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
