Digital Marketing Producer

Job Description

Join our team as a Digital Marketing Producer! You'll collaborate with the director and business stakeholders to develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies aligned with core business objectives. Focus on driving program participant growth through strategic paid search, display, and social media advertising, as well as marketing automation and lead generation initiatives. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for peak performance, providing insightful reports and analyses to stakeholders. Foster relationships with digital marketing vendors and work closely with the marketing automation manager to enhance lead scoring models. Partner with the web team to develop engaging content marketing strategies that leverage blogs, social media, and user-generated content.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2. 2-4 years of digital marketing or PPC experience. 3. International experience preferred. 4. Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Marketo, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and Twitter. 5. Experience with Salesforce, DOMO, and Power BI preferred. 6. Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM. 7. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred. 8. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 9. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 10. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and pay attention to detail. 11.
