As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing organic growth strategies across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Telegram, and Discord. Your focus will be on ensuring a consistent stream of engaging content. Responsibilities include actively engaging with online communities, skillfully managing discussions, and promptly responding to comments. Staying ahead of Web3 trends is crucial, enabling you to adapt content strategies effectively. You'll be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with influencers and key partners in the Web3 space. Your planning skills will shine as you prepare monthly social media plans and growth reports. Additionally, you will lead the charge in building and nurturing vibrant Telegram and Discord communities, encouraging active participation in pivotal industry discussions. Paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) will be under your management, where you'll optimize strategies to enhance conversion rates through meticulous A/B testing on creative assets and performance metric monitoring. Lastly, you will spearhead lead generation campaigns for essential Web3 initiatives, events, and insightful reports.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the blockchain or Web3 sector. 2. Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and analytics tools. 3. A proven record in handling paid ad strategies and performance marketing. 4. Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking, with exceptional content creation and communication abilities. 5. Ability to operate independently with a European time zone overlap, demonstrating strong self-motivation in a remote setting. 6. A strong passion for blockchain, crypto, and entrepreneurship.
