Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

Lead the global digital marketing strategy for key customer segments, including implanting physicians and referring clinicians. Partner with global marketing teams to identify digital opportunities supporting therapy adoption and commercialization. Manage messaging across digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory standards. Drive website development and SEO strategy, tracking KPIs for engagement and campaign effectiveness. Contribute to the global marketing team across various functions.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related roles 2. Experience marketing medical devices or healthcare products strongly preferred 3. BA/BS in engineering, health sciences, marketing, business, or communications 4. MBA preferred 5. Website development and management, including SEO best practices 6. Social media content development, execution, and performance measurement 7. Experience managing digital channels in a regulated or complex B2B/B2B2C environment 8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to segment audiences and measure campaign effectiveness
