Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead client lead generation campaigns. In this role, you will: - Manage multiple client advertising accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize lead-generation campaigns to drive results. - Analyze performance data to identify key optimization opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness. - Develop comprehensive campaign strategies based on client goals, budget, audience, and funnel performance. - Oversee campaign structure, targeting, bidding, testing, and optimization to maximize ROI. - Create compelling ad copy and provide recommendations for landing page improvements. - Brief designers or creative teams on required campaign assets to ensure consistent messaging. - Use data to explain campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic next steps. - Support lead-generation strategy across both home services and B2B client accounts. - Ensure accurate tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and related platforms to measure campaign success. - Monitor conversion performance, attribution, and funnel quality to optimize lead flow. - Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates. - Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance research, campaign planning, and analysis, and improve productivity. - Provide clear performance updates, strategic recommendations, and actionable next steps. - Manage priorities across multiple accounts independently and efficiently. - Communicate professionally with internal team members and clients to build strong relationships.

Qualifications

To excel in this Digital Marketing Manager role, you should have: 1. 5-8+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of success. 2. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign creation and optimization. 3. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including campaign setup and management. 4. Proven experience managing lead-generation campaigns (not just eCommerce or awareness campaigns). 5. Experience working with service-based businesses, ideally home services or B2B companies. 6. A strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign structure, tracking and attribution, and testing and optimization. 7. Good SEO understanding, particularly around landing pages, site structure, and AI search evolution. 8. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, tracking and conversion setup, and CRM systems such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar. 9. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). 10. Experience working remotely and independently. 11. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without heavy supervision.
