Digital Marketing Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to enhance the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of our online and eCommerce platforms. This role involves ongoing website development, improvements, and business maintenance of enterprise and Lines of Business (LOB) websites. The associate will work closely with web development professionals on high-traffic, high-profile websites. User experience team members will be partners throughout design, development, QA testing, implementation, and maintenance phases. Adherence to best practices for front-end code maintenance is essential. Responsibilities also include converting user experience descriptions into cross-browser compatible front-end code, offering web development consultation to other departments, and serving as a publisher, ensuring content accuracy. Search engine optimization (SEO) tactics will be integrated into content management, and the associate will support web project development by gathering information for needs assessments and creating objectives and timelines. Implementation and upkeep of webpage graphics, themes, styles, and images for websites are also part of the role.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in New Media, Visual Communications, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Digital Media production, including exposure to Internet technologies, development, and support. 3. Experience in handling audio, video, and other multi-media formats. 4. Background in Art Direction within both print and digital media. 5. Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite products, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. 6. Proven ability to work with a high sense of urgency, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and handle interruptions effectively. 7. Strong multitasking abilities. 8. Experience in building and leading cross-department relationships to achieve design project goals. 9. Excellent presentation and conceptual skills. 10. Familiarity with application interface and online advertisement design. 11. Broad knowledge of current design trends and techniques for web applications. 12. A solid understanding of website priorities, product development, audience needs, site traffic, and page views. 13. Capability to exercise discretion and independent judgment regularly.
