Job Description

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to campaign completion. You'll cultivate strong, trusting client relationships by understanding their goals and consistently delivering value. Proactively address any client concerns, resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement. Your role involves identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, assisting clients in expanding their influencer marketing efforts. You will oversee every aspect of influencer campaigns, ensuring projects remain on schedule and surpass expectations. Collaborate with Influencer Marketing Managers to identify and match creators with suitable campaigns. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, fostering smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients. Maintain open and prompt communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Provide guidance to brands in developing effective ad creative concepts for both influencer marketing and paid social campaigns. Work with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to refine briefs and offer actionable feedback. Partner with the Paid Media Specialist to optimize content for performance marketing objectives. Collaborate with creators to ensure the production of high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines. Coordinate with motion designers to guarantee smooth post-production and the timely delivery of final creative assets. Offer structured feedback to both creators and the production team to enhance content quality.

Qualifications

1. Requires at least 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, ideally within an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing setting. 2. Must possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, encompassing influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social strategies. 3. Demonstrate exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 4. Should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, exhibiting a proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach. 5. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams. 6. Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset is essential, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from beginning to end.
