DevOps Team Manager – Scrum Master

Job Description

Lead the execution of a scalable and secure DevOps strategy, ensuring high system availability and business continuity. Prioritize the DevOps backlog, aligning technical feasibility with business value. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems to improve deployment efficiency. Guarantee system performance, reliability, and security across all platforms. Manage, mentor, and develop the DevOps team, fostering a high-performance culture. Set clear team goals, track performance, and promote skill development. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure consistent delivery. Remove blockers, improve workflows, and foster strong collaboration. Act as the key liaison with stakeholders, providing clear progress updates. Drive continuous improvement using best practices and AI to enhance DevOps processes.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. 2. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Agile Scrum Master certification is preferred. 5. Proactive and outcome-oriented. 6. Problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work effectively under pressure. 8. Passionate about continuous improvement. 9. Skilled in collaboration.
