DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Miratech is seeking a DevOps Engineer to ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of our global IVR platform across AWS and on-premises environments. This role involves supporting production deployments, managing day-to-day operations, and monitoring system health using logs and metrics. The DevOps Engineer will also participate in incident resolution, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and collaborate with various teams to integrate security best practices into the pipeline.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience supporting production systems in a DevOps, SRE, or operations-focused role. 2. Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services. 3. Strong hands-on experience with EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and VPC networking. 4. Strong experience with Unix/Linux production environments. 5. Experience supporting AWS-hosted relational databases (e.g., Amazon Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL) in production environments. 6. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls). 7. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and practices. 8. Ability to run network and traffic analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark). 9. Strong troubleshooting, investigation, and production-support skills. 10. Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, architecture, data, and operations teams. 11. Nice to have Programming in Golang 12. Experience with CloudFormation
