Developer Relations – Education Lead

Job Description

Become the architect of our developer education strategy, crafting structured learning paths that guide developers from beginner to expert. Develop technical learning resources such as tutorials, courses, demos, and code samples to accelerate developer onboarding. Produce hands-on educational content consistently across various formats (written, video, interactive) with a clear content schedule. Develop working applications and templates for both learning and practical developer assets. Conduct workshops, webinars, and live coding events to engage developers of all skill levels. Define and track education metrics, using data to optimize our approach. Collaborate across engineering, product, marketing, and community teams to align education with broader ecosystem goals.

Qualifications

1. Strong engineering skills in JavaScript, Python, or Java. 2. Proven experience in creating structured learning programs. 3. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences. 4. Demonstrated experience in producing technical content in various formats. 5. High degree of ownership and independence. 6. Deep understanding of effective developer learning methods. 7. Familiarity with developer education platforms and tools. 8. Ability to use data to guide content strategy. 9. Experience in developer engagement through workshops and events.
