Developer, Low-Level Platform

Job Description

Join our agile development team as a Low-Level Platform Developer and play a key role in the entire software development lifecycle. From gathering requirements to supporting the final deployment of features, you'll be involved in analysis, design, programming, and testing. Focus on product quality and maintainability, while managing your work and promptly addressing any delays. Mentor junior developers, integrate software components, and identify and test components to ensure quality. Provide technical documentation and support to the client's IT team, ensuring the proper operation of the developed software. Understand information systems, refactor legacy web systems, and execute integration testing in client environments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. 2. Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or higher). 3. CSD – Certified Scrum Developer. 4. PSD – Professional Scrum Developer. 5. Minimum of 3 years of systems development experience in distributed environments using a corporate Java stack. 6. Strong knowledge of Java SE 8+, Java EE, Spring Framework 3.x+, MicroProfile. 7. Proficient in JPA, JDBC, Hibernate, SQL. 8. Solid understanding of Design Patterns, MVC, three-tier architecture. 9. Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, Swagger/OpenAPI. 10. Familiarity with application servers such as IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM WebSphere Liberty (Liberty Profile), Red Hat JBoss EAP (WildFly), Quarkus (Red Hat). 11. Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube. 12. Knowledge of Testing: JUnit, TDD, ATDD. 13. Experience with Messaging using MQ Series (IBM WebSphere MQ, JMS).
