Job Description
The Destination Partnership & Growth Manager serves as a key liaison between Internova and its preferred Global Destination Tourism Board Partners. This role is pivotal in driving partner expansion, cultivating new business prospects, and implementing revenue-enhancing marketing strategies through the creation, oversight, and execution of integrated campaigns across Internova's various business units. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of mid-tier to growth-targeted destination partners, concentrating on account development and revenue amplification. * Spearhead planning across designated accounts, pinpointing opportunities for upselling and expansion within Internova's business units. * Craft and implement comprehensive destination campaigns that align with partner objectives, ROI targets, and Internova's business unit priorities. * Oversee tiered package accounts, encompassing the design, solicitation, growth, and execution of turnkey campaigns. * Ensure consistent campaign delivery and facilitate the scaling of partners into higher investment tiers. * Nurture strong partner connections and boost engagement and enduring value. * Disseminate insights and optimal practices to bolster portfolio-wide advancement. * Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new destination partners. * Direct the creation of pitches, proposals, and presentations. * Transform potential clients into steadfast preferred partners. * Devise multi-destination and thematic campaigns to generate incremental revenue. * Package opportunities spanning Internova's business units. * Collaborate across functions to introduce groundbreaking campaigns. * Track campaign effectiveness and refine ROI. * Develop and oversee annual marketing blueprints. * Assess and enhance campaigns. * Manage multiple marketing plans concurrently. * Provide detailed campaign performance reports. * Work in tandem with creative teams on campaign assets. * Propel partner renewals and expansion. * Foster collaboration among Internova's business units. * Coordinate campaigns across business units and partner verticals. * Support business unit events by soliciting Destination participations. * Procure and administer partner budgets. * Generate performance summaries. * Offer insights for optimization.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, tourism, business administration, or a related field is essential. 2. Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the tourism industry or with a tourism board. 3. Proven experience in account management and business development. 4. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation capabilities. 5. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail. 6. Capacity to thrive in a deadline-driven setting. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools, including document preparation, data analysis, and spreadsheet management, especially Smartsheet. 8. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
