Job Description

Provide support for workstation deployments and end-user environments. Resolve issues related to hardware, software, and basic networking. Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and system updates efficiently. Utilize tools like Microsoft 365, endpoint security solutions, and ticketing systems daily. Work closely with various teams and clients, ensuring seamless IT operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining stable and effective IT support.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years in IT support or help desk roles. 2. Proficiency with both Windows and macOS operating systems. 3. Possess a robust troubleshooting mindset beyond basic fixes. 4. English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level is mandatory. 5. Must be organized, proactive, and client-focused. 6. Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) is advantageous. 7. Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, or SIEM platforms is a plus.
