Assume ownership of all technical facets of the customer journey, from initial deployment through activation, ensuring clients achieve success with Devin. Collaborate closely with customers to grasp their technical obstacles and pinpoint optimal use scenarios for Devin to enhance productivity. Cultivate robust relationships with customer engineering teams to facilitate seamless product integration and widespread adoption, empowering key users and driving increased product utilization. Embrace a hands-on approach by actively listening to customer feedback, proactively implementing requested features, and advocating for customer needs throughout the team. Serve as the ultimate authority on customer insights, leveraging your product expertise to influence and guide the product roadmap.

Qualifications

1. Hold a degree in a STEM-related field. 2. Possess a proven history of successful enterprise deployments in previous GTM or forward-deployed engineering positions. 3. Exhibit natural relationship-building skills, coupled with exceptional communication abilities, and feel at ease discussing intricate technical subjects with customers across various roles and levels. 4. Demonstrate the capacity to thrive within ambiguous and rapidly evolving settings, showcasing a willingness to adapt swiftly and expand your scope and responsibilities. 5. Display a consistently exceptional ability to learn and acquire new knowledge.
