Demand Generation Manager
Job Description
Suralink is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to plan, develop, and improve paid media, email marketing, landing pages, and account-based marketing (ABM) digital campaigns. Manage the budget, bidding strategies, target audiences, A/B testing, and media mix. Create and manage email programs like nurture sequences, product updates, re-engagement campaigns, and post-event communications using HubSpot. Implement digital ABM strategies across both paid and owned channels. Build, launch, and maintain high-converting landing pages with proper tracking and fast loading times. Be the go-to expert for marketing automation and campaign execution, while also leading demand generation reporting by assessing channel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline influenced by each channel.
Qualifications
1. 5-7 years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS. 2. Proven experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and at least two of the following: Meta, Google Display, programmatic DSPs, and CTV / OTT platforms. 3. Advanced skills in HubSpot (or a similar Marketing Automation Platform): capable of building workflows, landing pages, and reports independently. 4. Demonstrated experience in executing digital ABM programs, including setting up target accounts and implementing tiered campaigns. 5. Familiarity with ABM platforms (such as 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks). 6. Strong analytical skills: ability to create funnel models and reports using HubSpot, spreadsheets, and BI tools. 7. A data-driven mindset, focused on testing, iterating, and making informed decisions. 8. Excellent communication skills to present channel performance insights to sales and leadership teams clearly.
