Delivery Manager

Job Description

Manage a team of Enterprise Implementation Consultants (EICs), guiding multiple implementation projects from start to finish. Partner with your EICs to ensure each phase is efficient, thorough, and on-time, leading to client success. Conduct weekly status meetings with client stakeholders and executive management. Manage client escalations professionally, developing solutions for client satisfaction. Foster a collaborative team culture to facilitate growth. Collaborate with sales, data, training, and product teams to meet project timelines. Act as a thought partner to senior leadership in developing long-term strategies. Host weekly one-on-ones with each EIC, providing guidance, coaching, and career development. Stay up-to-date on ServiceTitan functionality and industry best practices to discuss workflows and their impact. Travel to client on-sites 20-30% of the time.

Qualifications

1. 7-10 years of experience in managing direct reports, client relationships, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, or the home/commercial services industries. 2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience. 3. Proven detail-oriented track record managing multiple projects. 4. Ability to anticipate and address roadblocks proactively. 5. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a clear view on excellent client experience. 6. Collaborative team player always looking to help others. 7. Knowledge of and experience with SmartSheet is a plus.
