Delivery Manager

Job Description

Collaborate with senior management on IT solution delivery. Oversee a team responsible for delivery management, including Project, Program Management, and SCRUM Leads. Build consensus on priorities, objectives, and strategy, ensuring alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners throughout the company. Manage formal and repeatable project management processes for planning, execution, and project control. Partner with technical leaders to identify and plan capabilities to deliver on the product roadmap. Cultivate a healthy team culture with happy, productive associates who understand the vision and strategy and are empowered to make decisions. Drive innovation within the team. Ensure delivery management roles are staffed appropriately with personnel possessing necessary skills, experience, and abilities. Evolve delivery management methodologies for efficiency. Provide communication, coaching, and support to improve organizational performance.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 10 years of technology leadership in program, project, and personnel management. 2. 5+ years managing multiple functional areas, large teams, and simultaneous complex projects. 3. 5+ years hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Project/Program Manager. 4. SAFE Agile certification preferred. 5. Excellent influencing and negotiating skills across all levels of the organization. 6. Strong understanding of cross-organizational impacts. 7. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 8. Adaptable with the ability to work with ambiguity. 9. Strong team player who can build and maintain an engaged team. 10. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
