Delivery Manager

Job Description

Ad Hoc is seeking a Delivery Manager. As a subject matter expert, you'll work autonomously, leading and monitoring projects to meet scope, schedule, and delivery needs, potentially supporting related business programs. This role requires strong influence to represent product management in planning, advocating for optimal solutions, and communicating trade-offs. You will lead communication with stakeholders, driving improvements in product management. The Delivery Manager mentors team members, provides feedback, and drives innovation. You'll present to diverse audiences and focus on strategic program initiatives. Making informed decisions, you'll know when to pivot for the best outcomes. You'll be responsible for product vision, strategy, and growth, supporting proposals and solution development.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. 2. Equivalent experience can substitute for education. 3. 3+ years of experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams. 4. Experience in managing releases and dependencies. 5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies at scale.
