Decision Engineer

Job Description

Contribute to the automation of customer decisions as a Decision Engineer. You'll be instrumental in building and maintaining the rules and logic that drive our automated processes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Data Science, Credit, and Business Operations teams, translating their insights into platform changes. Responsibilities include monitoring decisioning performance, identifying anomalies, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements. You'll also work with engineering and IT teams on data-related projects to enhance our capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Experience with decision engines or rules-based platforms, preferably in financial services or fintech. 2. Comfort working with data and SQL, with exposure to Python. 3. A methodical approach to problem-solving, and attention to detail. 4. Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. 5. Good communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
