Job Description

Become the key partner for global Account Executives, providing complete support from initial quote to final signature. Create quotes accurately, handle pricing approvals, and generate order forms, ensuring deals close smoothly. Actively remove obstacles to keep deals progressing quickly. Support the maintenance and evolution of CPQ and CLM systems, helping them adapt to business growth. Ensure all data within Salesforce is accurate and of high quality. Systematically document and improve processes for greater consistency, clarity, and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in sales operations or deal desk environments. 2. Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and detail. 3. Demonstrated proficiency with CPQ and CLM systems. 4. Hands-on experience with Salesforce. 5. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
