Job Description

Join our team as a Data Processor, where you will collect, clean, organize, and process basic data from various sources. You'll validate the accuracy of structured datasets, insert customer and account data from source documents, and maintain data integrity and security. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, adhere to company policies, and strive to exceed performance targets. Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services through ongoing training. Perform additional duties as required to support the team's success.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or related field, call center environment preferred. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. 3. Exceptional attention to detail is a must. 4. Proficiency in computer use and various data processing tools. 5. Quickbook experience is advantageous, though not mandatory. 6. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
