Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Onboarding Specialist to manage the alternatives data onboarding process for both new and existing Addepar clients. Responsibilities include: 1. Guiding Clients Through Template Completion: Offer clear guidance and support to clients, ensuring accurate completion of onboarding templates. 2. Managing LOA Generation and Signing: Oversee the Letter of Authorization (LOA) process, including generation, client follow-up for signatures, and timely completion. 3. Driving Asset Manager Outreach: Proactively engage with Asset Managers to facilitate data connectivity and address onboarding queries. 4. Coordinating Credential Management: Establish and securely store client credentials within LastPass, adhering to all security protocols. 5. Facilitating ADM Connections: Coordinate the setup and connectivity for Addepar Data Management (ADM) integrations. 6. Maintaining Workflow Tracking: Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of all onboarding workflows within our dashboards. 7. Updating Salesforce and Tracking Milestones: Maintain accurate client information and track key onboarding milestones within Salesforce. 8. Leveraging AI: Drive the application of machine learning to minimize manual data entry and improve the efficiency of our end-to-end project lifecycle.

Qualifications

1. Requires 3+ years of work experience in the financial advisory or FinTech industries, particularly in client onboarding or alternatives data management. 2. Previous experience in client onboarding or a similar operational role within the financial services or technology sector is essential. 3. Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. 4. Demonstrated excellent communication and follow-up skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. 5. Proficiency in using operational dashboards, CRM systems, and password management tools is needed. 6. Capability to identify process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency is crucial. 7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to delivering a positive client experience are key.
