Job Description

Become an expert in the electronic data capture (EDC) capabilities of Citrus, our end-to-end trial delivery platform. Lead data management for multiple trials from early design to closeout. Ensure high-quality outcome data by advising sponsors and study teams on all aspects of data management. Create trial design documents, including data management plans. Design CRFs and questionnaires for efficient and accurate data collection. Develop processes to test trial implementation and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide expertise on data-related concerns during live trials, such as data queries and change control. Deliver data extracts and reports for central monitoring. Support data cleaning, preparation, and delivery during trial closeout. Collaborate with the product team to enhance data management within Citrus and prioritize new requirements for upcoming trials.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience developing systems and procedures to store, organise, validate and manage clinical trial data in an academic or commercial setting. 2. Thrive in a startup environment that challenges CRO norms. 3. Love working in a multidisciplinary team with clinical and technical collaborators and sponsor representatives. 4. Bring creative thinking, attention to detail, and empathy for patients to data management, ensuring the highest quality trial outcome. 5. Bonus: Experience working with CDISC standards such as SDTM.
