Data Entry Specialist, Medical Informatics – SAP, Salesforce

Job Description

Join our team as a Data Entry Specialist in Medical Informatics, where you'll manage customer support data vital to our operations. This role involves entering and updating support contract data in ERP, CRM, and contract management systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Establish and maintain customer assets under support contracts, linking serial numbers, product IDs, and contract terms. Validate contract start and end dates, coverage levels, and entitlements for each asset. Conduct periodic audits to ensure alignment between contracts, service records, and billing systems. Process contract renewals, amendments, cancellations, and terminations. Collaborate with operations to resolve discrepancies in asset or contract data. Maintain accurate digital and physical records following company data governance policies. Generate reports and dashboards to support KPI tracking. Support process improvements that enhance data quality and system integration. Monitor and respond to email inquiries in shared mailboxes.

Qualifications

1. Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration, data management, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in data entry, contract administration, or asset management (experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow preferred). 3. Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce preferred. 4. Ability to handle a high volume of work during peak times. 5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. 6. Good understanding of service support agreements, warranties, and renewal processes. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise data systems. 8. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of data quality. 9. Effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
