Data Entry Specialist, AR/AP

Job Description

We're seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) data. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records by: 1. Entering and managing AR/AP data in company financial systems. 2. Verifying and reconciling invoices and payment records. 3. Generating financial reports related to AR/AP activities. 4. Communicating with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. 5. Maintaining organized records of all AR/AP transactions. 6. Providing support to finance and accounting teams with data entry and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

To be successful, you'll need: 1. A high school diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's in accounting or finance preferred). 2. Experience with AR/AP data entry or financial administration. 3. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). 4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Effective communication abilities. 7. The ability to work independently in a remote setting.
