Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately transfer AI-generated medical notes into our charting system. You'll review notes from patient visits, copy relevant sections like medical history and treatment plans, and place information in the correct chart sections. Accuracy is key, so you'll verify entered information, correct inconsistencies, and remove duplicated or unnecessary text. Light edits to improve readability may be needed before physician review. You'll also compare notes with previous records for consistency. Additionally, you'll assist with front office support by making and receiving calls for appointment scheduling and other administrative/clinical tasks.

Qualifications

1. Basic familiarity with medical terminology is essential. 2. Must be detail-oriented to identify duplicated text or formatting issues. 3. Comfortable working with AI tools, charting systems, and digital workflows. 4. Ability to manage multiple records daily while maintaining accuracy. 5. Adaptable to learning specific documentation styles and systems. 6. Proficient in making and receiving phone calls. 7. HIPAA certification is a plus. 8. General work experience is required.
