Data Collector – Ingeniero Mecanico

Job Description

Apply technical and mechanical expertise to conduct all phases of observation and data logging for technical tests in support of engineering projects. Use standardized technical manuals and build base templates for execution. Collect field data, maintaining an accurate and detailed chronological record of all test element operations and maintenance-related data. Analyze terminal equipment and operation to transform information into the format required for the INFOR system. Implement Vopak standards for the correct transformation of information in the INFOR system. Verify and correct existing coding in the INFOR system, considering standards. Request and verify information, considering the scope of the Project. Verify and correct Maintenance plans. Gather information such as insulation points, locations, and zones for the implementation of projects such as work permits. Create and update final positions in the existing asset tree in a standardized data loading template for submission to the division for review/approval. Collect data in the field, in the terminals assigned by the Americas division, to structure the asset tree according to what is actually installed in the plant (availability to travel abroad). Support the implementation of the Control of Work module in INFOR, identifying blocking and labeling points, possible damage to equipment, and hazard and risk tree.

Qualifications

1. Professional, mechanical engineer 2. MUST HAVE A VALID US VISA 3. 1 to 2 years of experience in projects aimed at extending the life of existing assets in the Terminals
