Data Analytics Team Lead

Job Description

Lead Upstream Rehabilitation's enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy. Define and execute a 3-year analytics roadmap aligned to revenue, cost, and quality KPIs. Mentor a team of 4–6 analysts and engineers. Design enterprise dashboards, predictive models, and automated insights using Microsoft Power BI + Fabric. Integrate data from EHR and RCM. Implement real-time analytics using Azure Data Lake + Synapse. Champion AI/ML adoption and foster cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years in data analytics, BI, or AI strategy (healthcare or multi-site operations preferred). 2. Expert in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Row-Level Security, AI visuals, performance tuning). 3. Advanced SQL; proficient in Python (ex: pandas, scikit-learn) or R. 4. Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Lakehouse, Real-Time Intelligence). 5. Experience with data integration (APIs, ETL/ELT, dbt), data lakes, and real-time pipelines. 6. Proven ability to influence executives and train non-technical users.
