Data Analytics Associate

Job Description

Join Baker Tilly as a Data Analytics Associate, where you'll develop and maintain data, reports, and dashboards for client-facing teams, emphasizing revenue, opportunity, and other key metrics. Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements and support users with training and troubleshooting related to reporting and key initiatives. Assist with onboarding new datasets into our data warehouse, providing actionable insights to enhance visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, management information systems, finance, statistics, or a related field. 2. 1-3 years of experience in data analytics related to revenue and/or sales data. 3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Azure Databricks, Databricks SQL, and SQL Server. 4. Experience with a variety of data at varying levels of granularity. 5. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Experience with the professional service industry or CPA and advisory firms is preferred.
