Data Analyst

Job Description

Join a global team at ZigZag, interacting with skilled professionals in Manila, the US, and worldwide. This Data Analyst role involves tracking weekly sales data, generating forecasts, and conducting in-depth data analysis to guide business strategies. Enhance Salesforce CRM usage and internal tools to pinpoint process and sales enhancements. You'll also standardize sales playbook materials by creating detailed sales operations processes. Additionally, you will perform data cleansing, database de-duplication, monitor data quality, and manage data imports and updates.

Qualifications

1. Requires at least 3 years of relevant experience. 2. Displays meticulous attention to detail. 3. Possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in spreadsheet tools. 4. Demonstrates comfort with technology and online applications, including MS apps and Google Suites. 5. Has exposure to SalesForce CRM or similar CRM systems. 6. Exhibits excellent written and spoken English skills. 7. Provides strong references from previous employers and partners. 8. Capable of independent and collaborative work. 9. Experienced in implementing systemized processes with proven results. 10. Comfortable working cross-border with global teams across different time zones.
