D2C Content Lead
Job Description
Join us as a D2C Content Lead and spearhead the onboarding process for new Direct-to-Consumer brands, guiding them from initial sign-up to their first successful content collection campaign. Collaborate closely with brand founders and marketing leaders to pinpoint content gaps and devise effective collection strategies. Design and implement post-purchase workflows that transform customers into active content creators through photos, videos, reviews, and testimonials. Establish compelling reward systems, including loyalty programs, discount triggers, and wallet-based incentives, to encourage customer content sharing and repeat engagement. Analyze successful brand strategies, document key patterns, and develop repeatable playbooks for wider adoption. Provide invaluable brand feedback to the product team, ensuring that future developments align with the real needs of merchants.
Qualifications
1. Experience running or managing content for a D2C or ecommerce brand. 2. Strong understanding of customer-generated content - UGC, reviews, testimonials, and how to get more of it. 3. Proven ability to build content collection flows that actually convert. 4. Solid grasp of ecommerce growth - acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase. 5. Comfortable working with non-technical brand teams to get campaigns live. 6. Experience with rewards, loyalty, or incentivised engagement is a plus. 7. Clear communicator with a practical, outcome-focused approach. 8. Independent and comfortable working in an early-stage environment.
