Cybersecurity Engineer
Job Description
Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance the security of our Military Health System development and deployment. You'll play a key role in vulnerability management, CSSP tooling, and coordination. Provide crucial support to the Cybersecurity team in tackling intricate aspects of Leidos' Cybersecurity planning for the EHR system. Assist the Cybersecurity Lead in crafting project management plans, pinpointing potential risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting ACAS scans, maintaining asset inventories, coordinating responses to IAVMs and CTOs, deploying CSSP tools, and offering subject matter expertise. You'll also contribute to cyber strategy development and maintain vital internal and external relationships.
Qualifications
1. BS degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience. 2. US Citizenship required. 3. Active Secret or higher security clearance. 4. Security Certification (e.g., CE, SSCP, CISSP) per DoW 8570.01 IAT-II/IAM-II. 5. Experience with cyber risk management tools like DoW Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS). 6. DoW contract experience leading cyber activities. 7. Excellent communication & presentation skills. 8. Experience with Controls and Risk Management Framework. 9. Experience with automation/scripting. 10. Experience with the DoW Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) Program. 11. Knowledge of networks, cyber defense toolsets and processes. 12. Experience with ACAS, STIG, SCAP, SRRs, and other DoW approved tools.
