Cyber Integration Engineer

Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Cyber Integration Engineer to support all-domain, large-scale weapon systems, Information Technology Systems, and Command and Control Systems. This role involves designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions that can be delivered rapidly and securely to provide operational advantages. Responsibilities include collaborating with Program Managers, domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners. The engineer will also oversee changes in hardware, software, or network configurations, implement cybersecurity best practices, resolve system bugs, and implement technical solutions using advanced technologies.

Qualifications

1. An Engineering degree. 2. 8 - 12 years of relevant practical software Linux and/or Windows system cyber administration experience. 3. Active and current Secret clearance. 4. Experience using DevSecOps resources and technologies. 5. CI/CD automation design and implementation with Gitlab CI and Artifactory. 6. Strong procedure automation using scripting technologies like Python, Linux shells, Windows PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform. 7. Familiarity with a variety of DoD STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guide). 8. Experience remediating cyber related findings on Linux host baselines, Windows environments to include Active Directory implementation, and Group Policy definitions. 9. Network systems administration and STIG Implementation. 10. Experience with cyber tools: EvaluateSTIG, StigViewer Security Center & Nessus (ACAS). 11. Container technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift) knowledge. 12. Performance monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ALG Stack). 13. Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. 14. Active and current TS/SCI clearance.
