Job Description

Join ESAB as a Cutting Sales Manager in the Mid Central Region! Engage with the Field Sales Force and Distributor Network to effectively penetrate targeted accounts. Conduct thorough needs analysis, propose innovative solutions, and successfully close business deals. Employ sales processes like Value Selling, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI to optimize sales outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic enhancements. Monitor customer, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide valuable feedback to sales leadership. Develop a comprehensive regional business plan aligned with sales goals and company objectives. Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively resolving issues. Keep sales leadership informed about sales and marketing needs. Implement effective time and territory management strategies. Oversee the operating expense budget for the assigned area. This role requires up to 80% travel, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience. 2. Knowledge of welding, cutting, and automation equipment markets is a plus. 3. 4+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably with welding or related products.
