Your duties will include evaluating and analyzing problems to either resolve tickets or escalate them when needed. Communicate clearly and thoughtfully to provide technical and non-technical end users with answers while assisting with a variety of technologies. You will also spot trends in support requests, assisting in the creation of long-term solutions.
