We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to manage and resolve customer inquiries through live chat and ticketing systems, focusing on delivering a premium customer experience specifically for the Spanish-speaking market. This role acts as a bridge between customer needs and technical solutions, requiring you to research and troubleshoot complex issues to provide definitive resolutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and improve service workflows. Maintaining high-quality standards by adhering to internal support procedures is crucial, as is balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume digital environment. Effective bilingual communication is necessary to document cases and assist global colleagues.

Qualifications

1. Fluency in Spanish with the ability to communicate with nuance and empathy. 2. Intermediate English proficiency, specifically for internal written communication. 3. Ability to clarify ambiguous customer requests. 4. Familiarity with digital support tools (Live Chat and Email) is highly advantageous.
