Job Description

Become part of our team and simplify customer experiences by providing efficient support to our customers and partners via phone and chat. You will resolve technical and operational issues, ensure accurate documentation to improve our service, and collaborate with the team to enhance our processes.

Qualifications

1. Native French speaker with fluency in English. 2. Comfortable with phone communication and digital tools. 3. Empathetic, responsive, and solution-oriented. 4. Experience in customer service or the tourism/hospitality sector is a plus. 5. Possess a personal computer and headset. 6. Maintain a reliable internet connection and power supply with backup for outages. 7. Have a quiet, work-friendly environment.
