Job Description
Join Stefanini as a Customer Support Agent! In this role, you will: - Create cases, sites, instruments, contacts, etc., and perform verification through ticket creation. - Return calls to customers who have left voicemails. - Follow FLASH account instructions diligently. - Identify customer issues and forward cases to the appropriate support queue for resolution. - Route cases and work orders for peripherals and replacement parts efficiently. - Provide customers with timely and accurate information regarding the status of their cases.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. A high school diploma. 2. Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office. 3. Excellent communication abilities. 4. Fluency in Spanish for communication (required). 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
