Qualifications
1. One year of experience in a customer-centric setting. 2. One year of experience in collections/recoveries. 3. Experience in the financial services industry. 4. Knowledge of dealing with vulnerable customers. 5. Results-focused and customer satisfaction oriented. 6. Excellent verbal, written, and numerical communication skills. 7. Strong team player with attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Focus on quality customer service with strong probing and listening skills. 9. Competent computer literacy.
