Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist at Pluralsight, you will: - Advance Pluralsight’s Client Engagement Model, ensuring mutual success for both the customer and Pluralsight. - Proactively anticipate customer needs and mitigate risks throughout their lifecycle, streamlining renewal and negotiation processes, and positioning accounts for growth. - Conduct regular check-ins with key customers to ensure they maximize the value of the product/service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to identify growth opportunities and provide a seamless customer journey. - Offer detailed product information and recommend appropriate services and configurations to meet specific customer needs.

Qualifications

As a Customer Success Specialist, you should have: 1. At least 2 years of experience in Success and Renewals. 2. Strong negotiation, prioritization, and relationship-building skills. 3. B2B SaaS experience and familiarity with the SaaS renewal process. 4. Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong is preferred. 5. Willingness to travel up to 15%.
