Customer Success Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to support customers by addressing inquiries, delivering training, researching issues, and ensuring exceptional service across all customer segments. This role emphasizes ongoing adoption, assisting customers throughout their lifecycle to maximize the value of our products and services. The successful candidate will resolve frontline issues for Success accounts promptly, maintain detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce, act as a trusted advisor, educate accounts on new features, and provide service on account maintenance and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Detail-oriented and thoughtful in documented next steps in Salesforce. 2. Experience working in multiple systems simultaneously to generate cohesive responses. 3. Experience asking discovery questions that may lead to expansion opportunities. 4. Comfortable working remotely and maintaining a regular schedule. 5. Preference for industry experience in telematics, auto-insurance, fleet management, DMV, customer success, or customer support.
