Job Description

Join UpGuard as a Customer Success Manager and ensure clients maximize the value of our platform. You'll be responsible for: - Onboarding and managing customers, guiding them to effectively leverage UpGuard to achieve their objectives. - Providing essential resources like success plans and tailored training sessions, conducting regular check-in calls to maintain engagement. - Proactively engaging with customers to facilitate optimal use of UpGuard from the start, continuously driving engagement. - Interpreting customer needs based on their risk management frameworks, delivering customized solutions through UpGuard. - Monitoring customer health, offering proactive education to ensure they realize the full potential of UpGuard. - Acting as a customer advocate, keeping internal teams (Product, Sales & Marketing) informed of customer feedback, risks, strategic insights, and opportunities for issue resolution and expansion.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management. 2. A solid understanding of cyber risk management principles and frameworks. 3. To be located within the US Eastern Timezone. 4. Proven experience in supporting and nurturing customer relationships at scale. 5. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain and create documentation for new processes. 6. Superior proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 7. The capability to collaborate effectively across various internal teams and contribute as a team player. 8. A curious mindset and a strong desire to learn.
