Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating and supporting comprehensive pre-sales and implementation projects. Your primary responsibility involves ensuring projects adhere to established timelines, typically within 60-120 day implementation cycles. You'll facilitate a seamless transition from the Sales team to Customer Success, promptly identifying potential risks to maintain project momentum. You will also keep customer relationship management (CRM) systems current and accurate, provide consistent updates on project advancements, key achievements, and customer insights. Further responsibilities include extracting valuable insights for enhanced onboarding experiences and post-implementation support, working collaboratively across various teams to ensure a unified customer experience. A significant aspect of your role will involve contributing to the development of scalable processes to support company growth, ensuring a consistently smooth and superior experience at all customer interaction points.
Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or consulting, preferably within the SaaS sector. 2. Experience in the mining industry is highly desirable. 3. A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 4. Demonstrated success in implementing intricate software solutions. 5. Strong project management capabilities with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent implementations. 6. Technical proficiency with the ability to quickly acquire and master new technologies. 7. Experience working within a global team and collaborating across different time zones. 8. A problem-solving approach with a knack for identifying innovative solutions to customer issues. 9. Familiarity with CRM and project management tools. 10. Fluency in both English and Portuguese, both written and spoken. 11. Proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
