Job Description
Join Henry Schein One as a Customer Success Manager and cultivate strong client relationships, expanding upon those established during the sales process. Comprehend customer objectives, needs, and initiatives, delivering valuable insights in every interaction. Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating with internal teams to ensure outstanding service. Provide strategic guidance throughout the customer lifecycle, accelerating time-to-value from their purchase. Actively identify opportunities to boost adoption and usage, and promote suitable professional services. Discover customers achieving significant success with Henry Schein One solutions and motivate them to share their stories. Manage client records and data within the CRM system. Uphold a comprehensive grasp of assigned customers, regularly reporting on opportunities, current challenges, and renewal likelihood. Develop a strong understanding of the dental industry and regional issues influencing customers in your designated region. Demonstrate professionalism by consistently sharing optimal practices with the Customer Success team. Efficiently facilitate the resolution of customer escalations.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of Customer Success or account management experience preferred 2. 5+ years of in-office dental practice experience preferred 3. Previously managed a large customer base 100+ accounts preferred 4. Experience using a CRM and/or Customer Success platform preferred 5. Achieved or exceeded retention goals in prior roles 6. Background in leading cross-functional teams on customer facing projects 7. Ability to quickly develop solid customer relationships over the phone 8. Ability to connect customer needs to relevant product offerings 9. Ability to successfully prioritize reactive and proactive tasks
