Job Description

Drive customer adoption, value realization, retention, and growth across PMS solutions. Lead strategic business reviews with customers. Monitor customer health using dashboards to gain insights. Develop and maintain standardized digital success plans for effective implementation. Capture customer sentiment through NPS and feedback loops to improve satisfaction. Deliver digital-first education programs to enhance customer knowledge. Promote best practice adoption for optimal usage. Collaborate with Product teams to align strategies. Activate and scale customer advocacy to build brand loyalty. Maintain accurate CRM records for streamlined processes. Analyze Academy engagement trends to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in Customer Success roles is essential. 2. Must possess clear and confident communication skills. 3. A collaborative and customer-centric mindset is crucial. 4. Experience with webinar or digital education platforms is required. 5. Customer Success certifications are strongly preferred. 6. Experience in the Healthcare or Dental industry is a plus.
