Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at onpreo, you will be the primary point of contact for product and technical inquiries, ensuring that our customers and users have an exceptional experience with our product and company. You will be responsible for developing training solutions to empower customers in effectively utilizing our product and driving continuous customer value through up-selling and cross-selling our SaaS solutions. Collaborating closely with the product team, you will optimize and automate Customer Success processes using tools like Intercom, JIRA, and Userpilot. Your role includes coordinating seamless onboarding experiences and providing comprehensive coaching for new customers. Additionally, you will communicate customer requests to our product team, playing a pivotal role in the ongoing development of our software. You will also enhance the infrastructure of our Customer Success department, expanding our ticketing system, knowledge base, and FAQs. Identifying upselling opportunities within our existing customer base and introducing new products and features will also be key responsibilities. As a partner and technical advisor, you will support customers in their use of our software. Communication with customers will primarily occur via phone or our ticketing system to address and resolve questions and technical issues promptly.

Qualifications

You are proficient in software and ideally have initial experience with software solutions such as Userpilot or Intercom. 3. You can identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and are comfortable communicating these opportunities. 4. Customer interaction is familiar, and you enjoy engaging with customers. 5. You are approachable, empathetic, communicative, and passionate about customer relations. 6. You demonstrate structured work habits and high reliability. 7. You have a solution-oriented approach and show initiative. 8. You are fluent in German.
