Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, supporting a complex product in a fast-paced setting. 2. Capacity to become a subject matter authority and product expert. 3. Adept at defining problem scopes and developing comprehensive solutions. 4. Detail-oriented, ensuring clear and empathetic communication. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Eagerness to understand customer needs and create solutions to improve workflows.
